Rue de l'Université is a very long street spanning two arrondissements (6th and 7th). The spot where you get the view of the Eiffel Tower is situated at the corner with avenue de la Bourdonnais. I recommend shooting it at blue hour when the tower is lit up.

This FAMOUS Parisian street - RUE DE L' UNIVERSITÉ - runs parallel to the Seine on its left bank in Paris' 7th arrondissement.
